CREATIVE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA

            The internet facility giving rise to various social media has made the world a better place to live in.  By the pressing of a button we can connect to people. The social media has boosted the process of communication and has made the world of communication more interesting.

            The various social media sites have given rise to many business oriented people by allowing them to advertise about their events, brands and so on.  These have surely made communication quick and easy.  One can also share one’s talents through all the social media sites.

            Unfortunately, there is also the problem of evil where there is good and this also takes place in social media too.  Some use social media to defame others, while some hackers hack accounts to get to an individual’s private information and some use it to spread rumors.

            Social media is a blessing to the modern generation which can be effectively used to communicate Gods love to people, share valuable news and resources.

            We can also use it effectively in our work and ministry by sending inspirational messages to people, sharing Gods Word and for evangelizing people.  Social media helps us to reach more people and hence people in the industry line or in active ministry can make effective and productive use of it to function better.

            Everything that helps us to reach out to others or helps us to get in contact with people must surely be made good use of.  All things have their positives and negatives; it depends on the user to make prudent use of resources whether they are the use of electricity and fuel or the use of social media.
