COMMUNITY

We are a community of human beings who live peacefully in this world. We enlighten and enrich each other by our cultures, languages and so on. Our communities comprise of family, friends, relatives and so on. The most difficult and a nearly impossible task is to stay all by oneself.

By living in a community we learn to share, care, love and be concerned about one another. The community shapes us and makes us what God wants us to be. We also learn to adjust, sacrifice and also chip in to do someone elses work.




A community is incomplete without 'U' in it. Another important aspect that makes a community is the aspect of unity. You and I have this opportunity to live in communities and make the world a better place to live in.

LOVE THY NEIGHBOR

'Love your neighbor as you love yourself'
To love others I need to love myself first. I need to give myself a pep talk when I'm down. To reach out, I must reach in first. I must know an tell myself that I love myself, the way I am. Reaching out to others comes as a natural fallout after reaching within.










Loving my neighbor becomes easy when I have already loved myself. The higher the level of self-acceptance is in a person, the more will be the outreach that will take place. Jesus says that loving God and loving neighbor is one of the most important commandments.

It may sound very easy in theory but it is not so easy when I actually practice it. For some people loving their own selves becomes difficult, while some cant love their neighbor as themselves because of many issues like biases, prejudices, hurts and so on. Love is possible only when there is an open mind and clean heart.
